NextGen Skills Foundation is formally recognized by the Ministry of Equity, Social Justice, Gender, Older Persons, Labour, Cooperatives and Consumer Affairs as a legitimate organization operating in compliance with the Non-Governmental Organizations Act.

NextGen Skills Foundation is a registered organization with the Government of Saint Lucia, and its training delivery partner, Shan-Phill Training, operates under a Ministry of Education permit and is certified as an approved centre by SLCTVET — the credentials that put this work on an official footing.
NextGen Skills Foundation is certified by the Ministry of Equity, Social Justice and Empowerment as a bona fide organization recognized by the Government of Saint Lucia.
Shan-Phill Training is certified as an Approved Centre by the Saint Lucia Council for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (SLCTVET), the national body responsible for CVQ certification standards.
Shan-Phill Training holds a Private Educational Institution Permit from the Ministry of Education, granted under the Saint Lucia Education Act, authorizing it to deliver training leading to CVQ certification.
